It turns out (in hindsight) that I was exaggerating. The Duck is home.
The brake controller/trailer brake relationship could not be saved, such was the extent of the emotional damage.
Next step is to have vinyl installed. We're thinking Warehouse Carpeting. Then we need to install the bed and go camping! Whee! Then put cats in it! Wee-wee!
