Which would you choose?
Last week you would not have had to choose at all! Each style was available somewhere in our attic. I wanted to find a program that would morph them all into one foul conglomerate for your pleasure, but all programs turned me down. Our wallpaper got caught in their hideosity filters, and you do not want to be the guy who cleans that.
My next steps, as I understand them, are:
- Sand
- Wash
- Prime
- Repair
- Prime again
- Paint
Now I wish I had gone for the bullet points, because seeing SIX projects makes me want to get back into my jammies. Who am I kidding - I haven't left my jammies in four days. Seeing six projects makes me want to stop changing my jammies. Oh, who am I kidding ...

Oh Roxi you always brighten my day :)
on painting wall paper...i have had success with the following recipe:
wash with hot water, scruby sponge with one side a blue or green scrubber, and spick and span(this combines the other wise wasteful two steps of sanding and washing into one and saves much time in the attic).
allow to dry thoroughly.
apply expensive kilz primer with windows open...ignore the bubbles if there are any as the paint dries.
add a dash of your favorite paint.
then add a final dash of your favorite paint over that.
your friends will be amazed.
pair with a nice chardonney or lite corona and some m&m's...plain or peanut are equalily delightful.
i'll trade you this recipe for a vegan matza ball one...;-)

Aw, thanks Kath! Likewise!
Anonymous Bruno: D'oh! That's a great idea, and eliminates the dust, too! I'm going to try that on the other half. But, enough about Chardonney. What do I do about the walls?
Or, we could host a mojito party up there. People drink a few, throw mint leaves at the wall and we call it an HGTV special.
im so sorry for your friend over there, i will leave seperate comments for my asinine commentary?
jammie changing is overrated and unnecessary.
Dirty Duck, that's exactly what I think! I'll just sit here in my pink ... gray pajamas until they really need changing.
