Oh yeah, I remember the town with the neat murals. I love how the music staff takes off from the utility wires. If those wires ever start to sag it just ain't gonna be the same! Trust me, I know!!!
Kate, $40 is $40. I'm sure you worked harder than $40, though.
I really like it, Sue. As I sat with my cuppa in the sunshine, Border Patrol agents walked past and greeted me. Shopkeepers can chat. I want Ajo to be just popular enough to stay vibrant, but obscure enough that it stays Ajo.
Teri, maybe NM?
Lynda, I tried but it was closed both directions. Boo!
Hahaha Donna! You, the choir, preaching. It's that funny? I just noticed that in this picture. I took the same shot last year, but never saw it.
Two years, Brenda! Amazing.
Thanks, Kim!
It really has, Steve. Thanks!
Paul and Marti, just so long as it doesn't grow TOO much. I do like it there. Thanks!
Well I wondered where you have been. Returning to the same place two years in a row sounds very dangerous to me even if it is as cute as a bug's ear. Congrats on two years. Have you spent more than 50% of that boondocking??
I love that door. Will you please drop it off in my driveway. I'll get it installed in the fall, when I get back. Moving day tomorrow. Can't wait to be in my new space and get settled finally.
Happy time on the road! We have not been to Ajo yet, maybe next year. We're in Phoenix, it's really hot. Hoping to head out to higher and cooler elevations soon.
Definitely more than 50%, Sherry, even if you count the six months in my mom's driveway with full hookups (I do). Sixteen nights with hook-ups in 18 months.
Jo, I can see no possible problems arising from that plan! Enjoy north!
It's getting hot here in Tucson, too, Allison, but probably not as hot as Phoenix.
Thanks, Gaelyn. Yes, it is definitely a sweet town.
Happy Anniversary! Can you believe it's been two years? You guys have gone to some pretty cool places and seen some pretty awesome things. Thank goodness for blogs, you'd never remember it all. Here's to another two great years on the road. :)

Two years -- congratulations! My RV fund grew by $40 after the show yesterday. It'd better speed things up if I'm ever gonna catch up with you!
It is a pretty little downtown, isn't it? I'm glad you had a fun day.
Happy Anniversary to you guys. Where to next?
Absolutely love Ajo. Stop in Sells for lunch at the Desert Rain cafe.. Lynda

Two years on the road? Sweet!!! Hope it only gets better and better.
Happy Anniversary! Go Ducks!
Wow, has it really been two years already?!? Congrats ladies!
I guess Ajo is growing on you. :c)
Congrats on the two year milestone, wishing you many more milestones (and fun) on the road!

Yum, ajo, eat it up, yum.
Wishing you many more happy years on the road, or wherever you choose!
Ajo was on mylist this year, so next year for sure!Yeah, I tend to run about a year behind schedule.

If only there were ajo in Ajo! Spanish misunderstanding of a native word.
Thanks, Laurie and George. Time flies like an arrow. [Fruit flies like a banana.]
Cyndi, we're still trying to make it to the 2011 Balloon Festival.

Thanks, Karen!
Thank you, Rick! The town lends itself to photos.
conga-rats on the 2 years! Ajo looks like a fun place for the mind.
Congrats on your 2nd! Remember when you thought you would just move to AZ to a house? The Duck is home, isn't it?
I think there's something to that, Cyn. It's a little like brain-balm.
Thanks, Mary! It seems so weird now. Move to a house? How odd! :o)

You're right, Barbara - I wouldn't remember half this stuff.
Congrats on your two year road anniversary!! Ajo looks cool. I am adding that to my list. I hope you stay on the road a good while longer !
Thank you Good Luck Duck for letting folks know about our mural!
Regards,
Hop David
Your mural is an iconic beauty!
Thanks, Sue. I hope we do, too. And you should definitely visit Ajo.
