There's been some nesting and hibernating going on at the cabin, and I don't mean just the chipmunks. I am surprised and grateful about how truly content I feel there. Everywhere, really, but I can't run outside in my jammies just everywhere. So, I haven't had the urge to travel in a while, although my buddy Sue's art show opening at the Rio Bravo Fine Art Gallery nudged me down off the mountain.

Roxie, did you go to the Luminaria Walk in Elephant Butte tonight? We did and we loved it. Probably one of my favorite things we've done since hitting the road two years ago. Hope you got the chance to go.

I didn't go to see the luminaria, Pam. I went to see if Art Hop existed tonight (it mostly did not, because of Old-Fashioned Christmas last night), then I picked up some stuff and headed back to my room.
Ok, I sent it just in case.
They didn't have all the luminaria lit because of the wind but it was still really cool.I'll have to check out one of the art hops while we're in the area. I always forget about them.
