Sarong sa-right! (Annie)

We are at the Virginia/North Carolina border and boy did we leave a cold spring behind. It's upper 80s here and the cats are panting, or maybe that's us. After washing some upper 80s off of us, we're going to lounge around in the sarongs Bruno and Alphonse brought back from Thailand for us.

We're boondocking at Dicks Cross Wildlife Management Area and it's just lovely. I think we're the only ones here, all we can hear are forest sounds, birds and bugs. We will probably stay here a few days before moving on into North Carolina and toward the beaches.

No photos just yet because our connection isn't good. Picture lots of green, sarongs and frosty beverages.

John, I think your dream job is right here in this WMA. They farm parts, and I think they're growing WHEAT.

Sounds like a lovely spot!

Yes, summer is upon us here in the South. There is "summer" and "the other 6 weeks".

Green, Sarongs, and cool drinks are right up my alley. We left the 80's for rain and 60's. Not a good trade. Safe travels...

Wow. I just missed you guys. I arrived in Ithaca last Wednesday, drove by your house on Friday and saw an empty driveway. You're missing a lot of sucky weather so your timing was spot-on. Happy Trails Always for Roxanne & Annie. Love, Barb
