Stop me if you've heard this one.

Funny story.  We went to Lake Havasu City yesterday and left our windows open.

If you're west of the Mississippi you're already laughing.  Things were pretty much what you'd expect when we got back:

There are a bunch of things you don't want to do in the desert, and now we have one fewer to do.  Luckily, the cats had all fashioned sand masks out of Kleenex and dish soap.  I always knew I'd be glad they watched those reruns of McGuyver.

Flower people:  bougainvillea?  It confused me because it is growing OUTDOORS.

It blew so hard here last night ...

[how hard did it blow?]

It blew so hard here that ducks flew backward.  It blew so hard here that rabbits pooped the same pellets three times.  It blew so hard here that I did, too.

Wind is scary!
