It's so gusty here I saw the same monkey fly past three times.  I can't remember not sitting here in this chair, so I made a lot of loud standing-up sounds, and we went outside for a lean.  East:  Why is it so easy to walk?  West:  Why did we try to walk?  We would never have made it home without our sticks to dig into the dirt and row us forward.

Do you know whose nest this might be?  Not rhetorical.

Funny story.  We went to Lake Havasu City yesterday and left our windows open.

There are a bunch of things you don't want to do in the desert, and now we have one fewer to do.  Luckily, the cats had all fashioned sand masks out of Kleenex and dish soap.  I always knew I'd be glad they watched those reruns of McGuyver.  

The psittacosis diagnosis puzzled the medical team.

Flower people:  bougainvillea?  It confused me because it is growing OUTDOORS.

Mountains, waves, sand and palm trees.  Strangest juxtaposition yet.
